To me, SEO & digital marketing are more than just the technical aspects (although I love those too!) - it is all about making your website as user-friendly as possible and then making sure your customers (current and future) connect with what you are offering.
Bottom line: It doesn't matter how good or clever your content is if your website doesn't meet your customers' needs, you won't get very far. Beyond that, if you have a physical store and it isn't meeting your customers needs (hint, they are looking for an experience, not just a place to spend money) then you have a problem.
I believe digital marketing (ongoing SEO, social media, blogs, email marketing, and more) is a cost-effective way for small, local businesses to make a big impact without a big price tag.
I believe you should be closely involved with your marketing instead of turning it over to someone else and hoping for the best.
I know there are ways to make your marketing manageable and not overwhelming.
I want your website to be appealing to search engines and to your customers.
I believe social media has an impact on how you reach and communicate with your customers. It is a valuable tool, and I want you to make the most of it.
I believe being a good internet citizen is always the right answer. I’ll even go even farther and say being a good person is always the right answer (because I’m edgy like that).
I believe how a business treats its customers is important.
