About me
Picture
What do you need to know about me?

I love the rain and don't own an umbrella (its an Oregon thing).
The beach is my happy place.
A wild peacock named Steve sometimes hangs out in my back yard.
My kids and I are long-time volunteers with a local Portland no-kill animal shelter.
I'm a happy geek - board games, sci-fi, fantasy, and random grammar jokes
all tickle my fancy.

In addition to running my own business, being a single mom, and homeschooling my two fabulous, creative kids, I'm also the CMO at the MOB Nation (an alliance of mom business owners).
So, yeah, I know a little bit about being busy and trying to do ALL the things!

When you work with me, you get breathing room.
You get someone on your team who is invested in helping you succeed.
And, most importantly, you get someone on the outside and coming in with fresh perspective and the know-how to tie everything together.
I can talk tech or I can talk like a regular person - whatever you need because I enjoy
collaboration, explaining my processes, and helping your business grow.

My philosophy:

I believe you should be closely involved with your marketing instead of turning it over to someone else and hoping for the best.

I know there are ways to make your marketing manageable and not overwhelming.

I want your website to be appealing to search engines and to your customers.

I believe social media has an impact on how you reach and communicate with your customers. It is a valuable tool, and I want you to make the most of it.

I believe that marketing tools help us tell our story, but first we have to know what we want to say.

I believe being a good internet citizen is always the right answer. I’ll even go even farther and say being a good person is always the right answer (because I’m edgy like that).

I believe how a business treats its customers is important.
