How does it work? After you purchase, you'll fill out a short intake form, so I have the context I need - your business, your goals, and the the platforms I'll be reviewing. From there, I do the audit, and we meet for a 60-minute call to walk through everything together.

How long does it take? You'll get an email immediately to schedule your review call. Please schedule your call at least 7 days from date of purchase.

What social media platform do you review? Your choice. Whichever platform is most active or most important to your business right now.

Do I need to give you access to my accounts? For some platforms and your analytics, yes — read-only access is all I need. The intake form will walk you through what to share.

What if I want more than one platform reviewed? The 360 Marketing Audit covers one platform. If you want a broader look at your full marketing picture, the 360 Marketing Plan is the better option.

What happens after the audit? Some people take the priority list and implement the next step on their own (or with their team). Others decide they want support implementing - if that's the case, we can talk about what that looks like.
